Blood when clearing throat.

I had sinusitis and allegic conjunctivitis lately. After I suffered from both, i had fever. I notice my throat startef aching and aching. When I cleared my throat thr first time, I wad so shocked because it has blood. Now, every time I clear my throat theres always blood. Im having difficulty eating, swalloeing and even drinking. I am hoping to get very helpful answer
