An ejection fraction of 30 is very low. You should see a cardiologist so you can understand what is going on and prevent your EF from sinking even lower - it can happen very fast. I found a great cardio at 27% EF - just in times it seems. Two month before I was still exercising with some shortness of breath but no other symptoms. Don't delay.
