Hi,
You see whenever a person is exposed to an allergen, it induces an allergic reaction in the person if the person is sensitive to it. This allergic reaction induces an increase in heart rate which is a part & parcel of allergic response and give rise to the feeling of chest pain & disturbed rhythm. Hence, the only way to tackle it is by taking anti-allergic drugs like cetrizine/fexofenadine & to avoid the allergen as far as possible. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
