need help getting medicine

My brother in law has known he has Ulcerative Colitis for twenty five years, as does my wife. He has been out of work with no insurance for the last year. He has a job now but still no insurance and has had some bad flare ups. Can anyone tell me where to start calling / writing to try to get discounted meds for him? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Yes, go to Proctor and Gambles website!!! They make Asacol, he can apply for free medicine, just needs to have a Gastro sign the form and send tax info.

I'm not sure if he can order his meds from Canada? Also, he should talk to his doctor and see if he can get some samples or get assistance to sign up with the pharmaceutical companies for possible compassionate assistance.
