I’ve got to say I was really impressed with The Temptation’s response to Romney using “My Girl”. I’m about 97% sure he is supporting Obama. True Class Act.

When Ann Romney finished her speech at the Republican National Convention, production crews keyed up the The Temptations' "My Girl."
But how do the The Temptations feel about that? The group's original member was OK with it. He felt the song is a good song and can transcend all borders.
However, many other musicians don't like it when their music is used by politicians.
Twisted Sister's front man told Republican vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan to stop using "We're Not Gonna Take It." He wanted the politician to stop because he didn't agree with anything the politician stands for.

I was impressed with the Temptations as well. Yes, he is an Obama supporter and handled with very much class. He is a refreshing reminder of days gone by.
It does make Twisted Sister seem rather foolish doesn't it. Yes, we wrote and released all these songs...and reserve the right to choose who plays it? hmmm.
This just makes me laugh....
