Yikes. I looked it up and sure enough at the end of the Eocene era, the intense global warming was responsible for mass extinction of flora and fauna.
Carpe Diem, guys.
Just watched something this morning that said during the Eocene era, both the North and South Poles average temperature was around 60-70 degrees....
Specialmom, you've got me laughing too.
Rivil, I don't like this idea because sometimes what sounds like a great idea to cure a problem they tend to make things worse. For some reason it makes me think of Hawaii. They brought in mongooses to eat the rats.
However rats are nocturnal and mongoose are not, so instead of eating rats, they've decimated the bird population by eating their eggs.
I'm afraid this cure may make things worse.
Ha, well, I'm glad I made you laugh! I had planned on working on my dust cloud tomorrow but maybe will hold off for the better good of the world!
OMG, I cannot stop laughing...that was a good one. ROFL
Interesting!
I'd be afraid the dust would come back to cause issues for our health though. ?????/
When I saw the title of this post I was thrilled with my contribution to keeping America cool. There could be a cloud of dust over my own house at any given time depending on how far behind I am with the cleaning . . .
