I havent heard any more. It is CRAZY whats going on everywhere! If you want to really see even more things...go to the UN site. You can see just how everything is lining up.

I am glad all is okay bbxx. Do we know anymore? I have not heard anything. It is ominous what is going on around the globe. Earthquakes, Tornado, Hurricanes up the Eastern Seaboard, Fires and drought everywhere. Now I hear they are concerned about a mosquito (black and white striped and bout half the size of a regular one) brings disease and altho has been spotted in Fl, I hear California has them as well, which means they are traveling. Seriously if you believe in the Bible, it is like watching Revelations unfold in front of us. Scary times.

Yes....the trip leader is excellent...(not that he could help it if things were bad) but the first thing he did when the quake hit was get a count there and check on everyone in India and get word to the spouses in the states.
I am so mentally slow today I cant seem to put two and two together.

Glad to hear everyone is safe and sound.  I'm glad there was communication too.  Sometimes after an event like this it can be difficult to get through.

Actually I just spoke to my mom and she said my sister did not make the trip to Nepal, so she is in India....sorry for the incorrect info....her trip leader WAS there where the quake was but he is fine

Yes, she is fine. It was just a bit surprising at first to hear about it.

Wow, 6.9 is serious stuff.  Although it saddens me that 16 people died, I'm glad it wasn't more.  We had one recently in B.C too..seems there are a lot of them right now.
