Al Gore leaves the march in a Suburban..... what a guy.
So, who finds it surprising that in any group you find hypocrites ?
Out of the over 400,000 people who attended there's bound to be a percentage who are thoughtless.
This isn't news.
The protests not only at Wall street but throughout the nation and world, is indeed news. And the fact that divergent groups have come together realizing that it's the same small greedy upper percent of the 1 % who are to blame for both rampant environmental degradation and the loss of jobs.
I don't find anything about this as surprising. Insulting perhaps, and I can't figure out why nobody else is at least upset at the father of global warming. I find it alarming that nobody is taking him to task. All of these people "coming together" and not one of them will speak up? Whats the use of coming together for a cause if you aren't going to address the cause?
Why worry about climate change when you can just cry like a little baby?
You haven't quit breathing yet?
Crying shame.... Straw man. Crying shame.
Blame everything on the 1%. Who needs jobs when you can just march about it? Who needs $ when you can just march about it? Forgot that the 1% should pay 99.9999999% of taxes and everyone else just do whatever they want.
Without the 1% we are a 3rd world nation.
But lets not confuse science and facts with fantasy.
Right, lets not confuse science and facts with fiction, so why are you doing that ?????
The wanton destruction of the environment for profits is directly connected to the same people who are sending our jobs to China and/or refusing to pay people a working wage.
If I were younger and in their position, I'd protest too. I mean it's our grandkids future we're talking about and I'd like them to have clean air to breathe, and water to drink rather than use it all on fracking or some other destructive scheme that only makes the very rich, richer while compromising our health and economic well being..
