Pat Robertson & Rush Limbaugh & Haiti
What is wrong with these 2 idiots? Pat Robertson saying the Haitians made a pact with the devil years ago and this is why they're being punished and then Rush Limbaugh telling people NOT to send money, that we already send Haiti money threw our taxes. Granted, some of our tax money may go to Haiti, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't help with this disaster! These 2 A-Holes need to be gone. How can anyone be so heartless, cold and so, soooo stupid? They certainly give good Christians a bad name.

And I thought AT&T was on the Left. We get FOXnews Alerts in our e-mail, and when we switched to AT&T all the FOX Alerts ended up in Spam. We didn't request it to be sent to Spam. I told my husband of my suspicion, and he rolled his eyes. I told him to call them and ask "why" all the FOX Alerts go into Spam. Of course they didn't know, so they said, but since my husband's phone call to AT&T all the FOX Alerts are now coming to our e-mail Inbox, the very next FOX Alert arrived in our Inbox and ever since.
Tells me AT and T is republican. lol I am with Verizon. Darn no one ever calls me on these polls!

Hes not a junkie . a lot of folks have got addicted to pain killers from what I have read on the substance abuse forum ,hey that makes the Doctors 'pushers , maybe they should be brought to task for over prescribing ..
I think in reading the comments of adjal, it is pretty apparant that this forum should not be called current events. But since it is, maybe we should start talking about something other than Obama? Aren't we quick to judge?? Calling Rush a junkie! Rush admitted many times that he was hooked on PRESCRIPTION painkillers. Read my keyes "WAS". I admire people who broke their addiction, and no, it has got nothing to do with because Rush has money. There are tons of very rich people out there who CANNOT break their addiction.
I worked in a hospital for many years and saw firsthand how quick doctors prescribed powerful painkillers WITHOUT the patients asking for them. Some of them got hooked on these pills, and then all of a sudden some of the docs just took them off cold turkey without "weaning" them off. I saw construction workers come in walking with canes begging for more painkillers only to be turned down. If a person has the money its so easy to get these pain pills on the street, if they are hooked on these pills.
To call Rush a "junkie" sounds like he was doing street drugs.
Obama on the other hand admitted on national TV and in his book that he WAS doing crack cocaine, he says he is now "clean" just like Rush says he is "clean" from PRESCRIPTION drugs NOT crack cocaine, but we do not hear anybody on the Left calling Obama a junkie just because Obama WAS doing crack cocaine do we?? Well, Rush WAS hooked on PRESCRIPTION drugs. Remember the "WAS" is the key word. I don't care for Obama but I'd never call him a "junkie" just because he WAS doing crack cocaine. Get it??

This is true, Im not putting down people with addiction problems. Do not put words in my mouth margy. However, they do not have a following of people sucking up every word they say either. You are a follower of a junkie and you want him to be looked at as credible source? He could not handle his own problems much less getting his nose in mine. Yes well then I will read that as I do not think anyone should be quoted out of context or assumptions made about what they said. As regards any government assistance to Haiti it should be time limited to prevent further loss of human lives. Asylum status was originally designated for people fleeing political persecution and they had to prove it in court. I would agree it should be kept as is. Every group immigrating to the United States should have the same legal rights, none more than others.
I personally will not lose any sleep over it. I think those that need to stoop to calling people idiots and talk about how they are going to shoot people should be banned, anyway. Thats what you wouuld be calling for if I had used those phrases.

Thats so true Barb I didnt bother answering about Rush I knew it was a lie ..peg and I were challenged and attacked yesterday for saying the same , we meant how could we afford to send all the money and rebuilding this President is going to do,I did not for one moment think we should not send Aid to these folks,I was asking where the money was coming from , I never did get an answer. You have phrased it better than I could have ever done .
