Z had black friends, dated black women, tutored black kids...he is not a racist.
He profiled him based on his clothes and actions.

The outrage started when media and others thought he was white. Most black on white crime and black on black crime goes really unnoticed. You never hear from the NAACP, Sharpton, Jackson or Obama when a white guy is killed. But you do when a black guy is killed by a "white-hispanic". They are race baiters and fuel the flames of racism.

I wonder how come no one reports white on white crime the way they report black on black crime? Because by reporting black on black crime without adding the other statistics sends us a message doesnt it? Well what the hell, them blacks do more to kill each other than whites ever did to them? To me that in and of itself is racial baiting and a very **** poor excuse and talk about fueling the flames of racism???? It speaks volumes.

Look at the numbers alone of black on black crimes, it has to be reported because it is such a large number as compared to the other crimes. You have to report that 3 were shot in gang violence. And I hear when white billy shoots white timmy, but it does not happen as much as the gang violence in LA and Chicago.

Starts with giving kids hope and an education and a family. But if you keep pushing racial themes on them they will expect that they can't get anywhere in life, so why not turn to the gang where they can make some green?
People like Sharpton and Jackson should be out sending a positive message to kids, telling them look at where I am now because of hard work. Look at other black men, they all got here because of hard work. So stop expecting things to be handed to you and work.

I worked since I was 11 years old, while in college always had a summer job. never been out of work for more then 6 weeks since I was 11 years old. Work ethic instilled at a young age drives me to want more and to do better. Why don't we see the black leaders help instill work ethic?

Get a grip on yourself and turn your attention to something less volatile or you just may self-destruct.

You don't want to solve problems you want to complain about them. My rants at least address issues with positive possible solutions.

Tell me what I said was wrong? Please do so and come up with a valid reason why. You can't because what I said is not wrong. It's spot on.

Vance, do you know GZ personally?  You sure are taking it personally that people believe he racially profiled that boy.  I hate to say it but it seems you are defending yourself rather than GZ.  No offense but I'm starting to wonder why you are so emotionally attached to the fact that racism exists and permeates almost everything to some degree.  Racism is a problem in this country period.  Of course, race was involved to some extent in GZ's decision to follow the boy.  Common sense has to play a role in how we think about things at some point.  

He may not be a 'racist' per se but race played a role in his decision that Martin looked like a bad guy.  You'll never convince me otherwise and I thought that we decided to stop this constant back and forth about it a day or two ago.  

BTW, this is no 'liberal verses conservative' thing.  I'm not liberal and I feel this way about GZ.
