The SEC is bringing a civil suit against Goldman Sachs for fraud.

Why? In a nutshell, Goldman slapped a "Grade A" label on investments that they had specifically designed to fail, and then sold them to unwitting investors and made billions of dollars.1

It's good to see regulators finally starting to hold Goldman accountable with a civil suit—but what they did could be criminal and if so, they should go to jail. Period.

Well, there you go -- maybe some heads need to roll from SEC, then they can get down to business as to Goldman Sachs........good chance they did commit fraud, but who can say for sure when the overseers were engaged in checking out the porn sites on computers that WE paid for........

I truly hope I wake up one day and find out this really is fiction.........lol

Was it the SEC that I heard about on the radio this morning -- spending many hours on government provided computers "surging the web" for porn sites, instead of doing their job of overseeing all this stuff?

I'm sorry, I only heard part of the newscast because I was in and out of my truck all day, that seemed to be one of the headlines.
