Well, wars have always boosted economies...at least traditionally. Increased manufacturing, increases employment (usually). There are many conspiracies throughout history of people starting wars in order to profit. It's big business - always has been. Wasn't a war what helped end the great depression? Or are my dates off...lol. I seem to remember reading something about that though...many politicians thinking that a war was the best answer.
It's not that I believe he should be on the list. I just didn't see any "liberals", so to speak. I tried to find out if Soros's shipping empire worked with or for Haliburton. I found no proof there but did find out that he owns a fair share of Haliburton stock.
A lot of "liberals" don't even know who he is, and honestly neither did I until I read an article on him a couple years ago regarding his philanthropic endeavors. But a lot of "liberals/progressives" hate **** Cheney because of Haliburton. Those that know Soros probably don't know he is an investor in Haliburton. You'd think it would turn their stomach.
This just goes to show you that even the most philanthropic of liberals has no problems making "blood money" as long as their name is not on the front page.
About Haliburton.... it is my understanding that there are 2 outfits in the world that have the capabilities that Haliburton does. One=Haliburton, the other is a French outfit. Haliburton is world wide... employs a lot of American's here and abroad. I've got no opinion of Haliburton but if I had to give contracts like they get to one of the two, I'd give it to Haliburton. At least it would keep Americans working.
As I stated, I am sharing a link that was given to me. I do not know anything about this site. I am learning right along with everyone else. Im sorry if you believe soros should be on there and he isnt. I kind of thought beck should ev been and I believe murdock is, come to think of it! Wow! I think he is! I need to go study it more but you know as much as I do at this point.
Maybe it's just my random search, but I don't think I found a liberal/progressive in the whole deck. I'm perplexed as to how George Soros was not mentioned in the whole deck, or was he? I mean, he is one of the richest men on the planet, he is way into industry, media, and finance.... in fact it is said that he was the single reason for the UK market crash in 1992.
This information is all VERY interesting..I'm still reading each card and what they stand for...Damn, I had NO CLUE!!
hmmm one world government huh? Who would rule it? That would be an election for our a$$e$...LOL
This is going to sound bizarre coming from me, since I'm about 12 steps further to the Right than Attila the Hun, but I see tremendous benefit to a One World Government.
Once we stop all our local squabbling, and our COUNTRIES start communicating and getting along, we'll be primed and ready to join the UFP (United Federation of Planets). The Vulcans will be here in no time flat to show us the way, and we'll be 'Set Like Chet'!
Bring on the One World Government!!!
(All kidding aside, I really am FOR One World Government, as long as it's not modeled around the US Constitution, or the American idea & system of Democracy. Hasn't really worked out all that well for us, and the system we have in place is RIFE with flaws and abuse, so growing the idea to a global-scale won't work 10x as well!)
Actually the way things are shaping up and the way the econemy is all global, I can see that coming into play more and more every day.
One might argue that the current "war on terror" effort, is just another step in the direction of a One World Government...
Illuminati anyone?
