When you count 40 weeks, thats 280 days. Since there are 30-31 days in a month, that equals out to 9 months.

Count 10 days from your lmp.  And that's when you conceived.  Exp.  If you had sex in December,  but started your period after words, then the guy in January is the father. Another exp. A woman has sex, the 8th of July. Starts period July 18th. She didn't get pregnant.  Then she has sex June 2nd, and never starts her period again in June. Takes a pregnancy test June 31st, positive.  So she got pregnant in June. Two weeks after her lmp

Hi, roxy, I don't see any reason to doubt what the doctor said.  January 17 sounds right for a due date of October 9.  How did the doctor come up with a due date, was it from an early ultrasound?

The guy from December because they always put your due date at 10 months and if you count right 10 months from December is October and 10 months from January is November but yes be sure and get a DNA test

Like the guy you were with in January...but the only way to be 100% sure would be to do a dna test.
