Idk what to do

My baby is just about 8 weeks and my whole pregnancy i thought this guy was my child father  because due to ovaluation and my due date it all made sense and i was completely whole heart sure he was it .. if i knew what i knew now i wouldn't have even went there but by DNA he was proven not the father .. talk about earth shattering i am going  thru it right now !! now the other guy knows now he decided to take test even thou he believe he not the father and it doesn't add up i had sex with the the first guy during the week nd the day after my egg released and the other gut days after but he ever came in me i use the word sex with loosely because of the way thing happen im so confused my child looks like the first guy and our sons can pass as twins my family n people who know him see that they favor each other an he been it also that makes me more confused i just need some guidence

What I meant was, is the guy pleased he is NOT the dad.  Sounds like you're saying he is pleased to think he is the dad.  In which case, he would not have been faking the test in some way.  Again, test guy #2 like you have planned, and come back and post what happened.  Good luck.

Is the guy who you were sure was the dad, pleased or sorry that the test said he was not?  If he is pleased, is there some way he could have faked the test?  

Anyway, test guy #2, and if he also comes up negative, have guy #1 re-tested.  You can't do more right now.

When the other guy tests, if it is not positive, test the first guy again.  It's the obvious thing to do, in the obvious order.  Good luck!

the 1st test was done by domestic relations and we both went ..but the other guy we are going this week to get it done im just so confused i really want to retest the first guy ... im just soon confused

Get another DNA test, at a lab certified by the courts not a mail-in swab test.  Test both guys, be sure you are there when each one comes in to give his DNA sample (so neither will send in his buddy in his place).  Once you are absolutely SURE of who the father is, then you can worry, stress and strain if it is the wrong guy.  But be sure.
