Women believe (and write) all kinds of stuff on the Internet based on not knowing anything about how pregnancy is counted.  The GA method of counting was invented before there were ultrasounds, and now even the ultrasounds (which see and measure the actual baby) have to add the two weeks at the front end to count back to the first day of the last period, because that is how it has always been done.  Doctors are used to saying "You're 11 weeks" when they mean 9 weeks since conception, and the pregnant woman gets used to it really fast too.

You're right tho but I was Googling online & some mothers stated that they became right after there periods & etc... that's what kind of had me lost as well... but those data scan will pretty much tell the story!!; )

It wouldn't make that much difference if the baby is a boy or a girl, but there is the theory that male sperm die out sooner than female, so if the baby were a boy it might be less likely that the first guy is the dad.  This is more theoretical than absolute though.

No, not a nurse, I have a law degree.

Mostly it does add up to the second guy.  But not by all that many days.  The sperm from the guy on the 2nd could have been alive on the 7th or even the 8th in your system.   I still don't think the margin for error stretches back that far, but in your shoes I would do a DNA test when the baby is born, to put this question to rest once and for all.  If you are going to file for child support, you will need to do a DNA test anyway, an official one that comes from a lab certified by the family courts in your jurisdiction for determining paternity.  In other words, not a drugstore test.

It seems like you can go through the pregnancy assuming the baby is from the second guy, but should still test in the end, because you never want to be looking at the child and wondering.

U are a very helpful person..!  And I thank u so much... why would it make a stronger suggestion if the baby is a boy..? But I'm not sure yet I'll have 2 more months to go in order for me to find out the gender..! ;) ;)

Are u a nurse Ms.Annie Brooke because u are really good with calculations... ;) I don't mean to sound dense or anything but it's been quite a long time for me this pregnancy was also a shock.. I have one daughter she's 7.. so it's been seven years since I've had a child... Lol.. so you're going with guy #2..? Its adding up to him..
