Are you aware that when a doctor or ultrasonographer or a nurse says "You are 7 weeks 2 days along," they mean 5 weeks 2 days since conception? That's because the count traditionally begins on the first day of the last period, which they compute based on the size of the embryo. In other words, they look at the embryo, count forward 266 days and back 14, and that is the span they use when computing weeks in pregnancy. It sounds (although you haven't given me calendar dates so I hope I am understanding you) like you are misunderstanding what they mean when they say 7 weeks 2 days.
They said I was measured at 7wks 2 days not 6wks and 2 days. My periods were regular always on schedule each mth.
I don't think you are going to get very far by measuring from the first day of your last period, especially if your cycles have been irregular. Women can ovulate late or early in their cycles, it is not always an automatic 14-day gap between the first day of the last period and ovulation.
Do you have the date of the ultrasound at which they said you were 7 weeks gestational age? And was it 7 weeks 0 days, or 7 weeks and some other number of days?
