Help with conception dates please.

So I had my period august 17th, I bled until 21st (my cycles are a little bit whack, this one was 32 days, month before was 34 days and month before was about 28 days) and had sex (protected) with guy 1 on the 22nd and then again on the 24th we started having sex for a few minutes and then stopped to put a condom on.. then on the 27th, 28th, 29th & 4th September I had sex with guy 2.. I got a very very very very faint positive on 6th September which I disregarded (it was one of those 6 days before your period due tests, very sensitive) and then on the 8th I did another one but again with a very faint line but one I could obviously see was positive. I went for a early scan on 3rd of October that put me at exactly 7 weeks and then another scan 3 weeks later on October 24th that put me at 10 weeks exactly. Can anyone help me on who the dad is? Or is there just no determining? Is there more chance it’s guy 2 because I used protection (apart from the few minutes we didn’t) I have so much anxiety and it’s playing on my mind. Thank you.

Well, it's a close thing but mostly seems like the second guy would be the dad. Only if some pre-ejaculatory fluid had sperm in it, and then lasted about six days in your body, would you be pregnant from the first guy.

When you went in for the scan on October 3, did they give you an estimated due date? (If you have a copy of the scan it might be on the edge written as "EDD" with a date.) Was it May 22?

Yes both scans gave me an edd of May 22nd. I went for another scan on November 15th which put my due date at May 21st but she said after 12 weeks it’s a little less accurate (I was 13w2d) at that scan. And told me it’s more accurate during the first trimester as the fetus grows at one rate but after 12 weeks it’s a little off, is that correct?
