me and this girl had sex on September 21st but she's due in May. If you do the math that's only 8 months, she's also told me she had sex with people before me but I'm still being accused of being the father, am I the father?

Your right, I'm my opinion I think it was one of the two she slept with in August that she had to sleep with at the end end of the month or begining September. That's the only was she would concieve during the 7-13th. Oh I almost forgot she's due anywhere from the 9th of June to the 22nd I believe

Its hard to be precise about where in september she conceived without knowledge that it is from an accurate ultrasound and in what trimester (and week) such was done.

Ok soo she's actually 23 weeks and that means she conceived during the week of the 7th-13th

My LMP dating puts conception on the 24th of september and me at 22 weeks exactly (as of today) . These were provided by two OB/GYNs.
I am not sure why you think it is so unlikely you are the father. I actually think you most likely are if the only other guy was from August.

The chances are not large but it's not impossible and would be entirely worth taking a test from a proper lab. The other guy should test also.

all I know as of now is that she's 22 weeks
if shes 22 weeks pregnant conception was around 23rd plus or minus say 5 days. that gives us 18th - 28th .

the thing is if she really did get pregnant in September she would be 4 and a half months just about to be 5, because as of now she's about to be 6 months at the end of the month and 6 months ago was August, that's where the other guy comes in

It is counted plus 2 weeks before conception. If doct says shes 22/23 weeks pregnant then its 20/21 weeks since conception. Then you need to add plus or minus 1 week for discrepancy in ultrasound dating and if you had sex with her between 19 - 22 weeks ago TAKE THE TEST.

today I found out she was actually due in June but she's 22/23 weeks. I did the math again and that's about a whole week before we had sex and she's also told me that she had sex with someone in August , is it still a possibility the baby is mine?
