Inside cheek

Concerned because 6 weeks after tooth extraction & infection my inside lower left cheek feeling swollen & sore.

Its not noticeable from looking at me but i can feel it, i heard of horror stories that infection can spread into the cheek!

Or could it be blocked salivary gland.

Really worried !!

Call the dentist to get rechecked.

Try neem toothpaste.  It does not have fluoride, but you could still use it once or twice a day, switching off with fluoride toothpaste.

It is very important to keep your teeth clean and follow your dentist's instructions.

Mint can aid oral healing.  Try mint tea.  There are herbs as well, such as cloves.

It would be a good idea to see your dentist to check that everything is fine as you may still have an infection.

Try rinsing your mouth with salty water, or an antibacterial mouth wash to see if that helps.

Best wishes.
