White Hairy Tongue

My tongue has been hairy/fuzzy or furry for around 7months+ . I reckon it causes me to have bad breath. I use a tongue scraper and brush it everyday. It doesnt hurt. I fink its elongated pappilae or sumthing. The grooves seem to trap bacteria between them.

Ive been to a doctor and he said its nothing..
Dentist said to use salt disovled in water used as a mouthwash. And drink alot of Vitamin C.

Please help me. I've never talked face to face with any1 for 2 years. Except my family members and some really close frnds.

If i had a wish...my first wish is to fix my tongue back to normal to a pink tongue.

Hi GumiiZ,

Have you figured out what is causing your hairy/fuzzy tongue?  Does it get discolored?  I have the same problem.  It's been going on for 3 months now and is causing me a great, great deal of anxiety.  I've been scraping and brushing and rinsing as well.  It gets better and then gets worse again throughout the day. You're not alone here....

Hi, have you guys found what the problem is? I have it too and its slowly causing me to go mad, Doctors say its nothing but its definitely something!!! Scrape it off twice a day and it comes back almost instantly. Please get back in touch
