What you describe are the papilla of the tongue. These are completely normal anatomy that everyone has. If it makes you feel better, find someone you are close with and check their tongue, you will find the exact same bumps.
It appears that you have multiple asymptomatic eruptions on base of tongue, which may or may not associate with oral sex. Information provided is insufficient to establish a meaningful differential diagnosis. However, the lesion is probably not infectious or inflammatory origin, because both conditions generally present pain component. It's not neoplastic or congenital either. I can only speculate the lesion is probably reactive, which means tissue reaction to mechanical or chemical stimulus . Seeing an oral pathologist or oral medicine specialist is advised. Sometimes, an incisional biopsy is required to establish a definitive diagnosis.
Thanks for your information..but one month back on 11-dec-2008 i did oral sex. After that i have tested For HIV(PCR test),Syphills,Heptaties B,and HSV-2 and all are negative and i also taken injection for Gonorrhea,so that if it is in my body then it will remove.
I also tested for CULTURE REPORT (Culture & Sensitvity Of Throat swab) .And the result is "No pathogens grown after 36 hours of aerobic incubation.". My Gen.doctor gave me medicine GUPISONE (Prednisolone 20 mg) and told me to make a powder of the medicine and combine with honey and paste it wherever you have pimples but only for 5 days one in morning and one in night.Today i have taken my last medicine but i have not found much changes.
Please help me what it can be,there is no pain .What it could be how can i Diogenes this.
Thanks and waiting for your reply .
If these pimples are asymptomatic, they may be normal anatomy.
