Help ! Whith strange thing is growing on my tongue ???

Hello. For a few months now I've had this sharp white pointy thing on my tongue. I've been to my sexual health clinic and they've informed me it's nothing STI related. My dentist does not know what it is and I can't find anything on the internet. Please give me some feedback . I am not promiscuity but when I Google I find HIV or some other hard things. Please give me your opinion.

Here are two pictures:

I’m sorry I don’t have an answer to this, but I have pretty much the exact same problem. I’ve had one of these for years now and it’s never caused any bother, just it would be nice to get it removed. Good luck finding out what it is. I’d like to know too!

I just had one removed by my Otolaryngologists  (ENT doctor).  It's called squamous cell papilloma  or in layman's term, tongue wart. It isn't contagious. I also had mine tested and it was benign. Having it removed was an easy procedure - the doctor dabbed some numbing solution to the area and then cut it with scissors.  He then put something to stop it from bleeding and to coat it until is heals.  The area was brown for 2 days then the scab came off and tongue is back to normal.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
A clinical examination is very important for correct diagnosis and management. It is possible that this lump is a bump of extra bone called torus palatinus. It is a lump of bone which grows on roof of mouth. It is usually painless and may not need treatment unless it is very big. Another possibility is that it could be a mucocoele.A mucocoele is caused by blocked salivary glands and appears clear or as  a blue tinged growth. Tooth abscess can cause painful bump on the roof of mouth. Treatment will depend on the underlying cause. See a doctor and get it examined.I will recommend you to see an oral surgeon for a confirmation of the diagnosis. Do keep me posted.
Best luck and regards!
