Red dots in my mouth

Hi everyone, im 28 male i smoke cig 20 aday and dont drink  , the story started with small tumer on my lower lip its very dark and it hurts when i press on it , i went to the dentist and she sent me to an oral surgery and he made x-ray and looked at it and said its 99.99 percent hemangioma and he said nothing wrong with it dun worry if u want i cant make an operation to take it out and i said no , like 7 days after small red dots on my tounge , sweating at night for couple of days , fever , my lymph hurts me " just one in my neck " and i noticed yesterday red dots on my cheeks ! Like 3 or 4 on each and like white line on the right cheek !! I duno what is that and the dr and the surgurer told me its not cancer but its was only the tumer not all these things , i took hiv test and it came negative ,, do u think its oral cancer ! And if its related to hiv dont u think with all these symptoms the result of the test will be positive ! Please advice me , thanks

It is hard to say, it can be something/it can be nothing. I would strongly encourage you to look for professional help outside of the internet. Look for a second opinion, when visiting other dentist/oral surgeon make sure to stress that possible hemangiona hurts! Point out the vascularity on the cheeks, red "bumps" on the tongue and white line (possibly linea alba). Ask them about brush cancer test. Ask them to ask you whenever hemangiona is mobile or not, solid or not, painful, become blanched if pressed. Ask them to palpate your lymph nodes and point out where it hurts. Ask them if they feel any enlarged nodes...again is that node solid/not, mobile/not, painful to touch.

You can also try your luck by posting on "Experts" forum on this website, where perhaps docs may have better understanding of what is going on.
