white tongue

hi i would like to ask some questions.

i had white tongue, is it normal?
is it because of hot weather? i never mentioned my tongue color before, until i read some HIV articles.
so worried about it. i took HIV test and the result was negative.
is it because of heat? 上火?
or because of lack of hygiene of my mouth?
some articles said because of dehydration, stress, anxiety. i had anxiety about HIV, since i received strangers SMS. thats the reason why i took the HIV test too.

or maybe the hot weather, lack of hygiene of my mouth? since i was kid, i only brush my teeth once a day in the morning.
and drink alcohol, but already stop about 1-2 months, but white tongue still appear.

That is a yeast overgrowth.  Brush your mouth and tongue with toothpaste on a soft brush but you can also brush with baking soda.  Brush the tongue with this.  Avoid eating and drinking sugar as it feeds yeast.  Drink mint tea or other tea without sweetener.  Neem toothpaste may help as well.  Take a probiotic.
