Should I go to the ER or wait for an appointment?

I have a pus pocket on my gum in the front towards the left. Its draining, but little by little. I have some pain in that area. There is also a small painful place on the right side of my nose. I don't have any insurance can't pay for an appointment at the 'free' dental center until August. What is best for me to do in this situation? I can send pictures of my gums if anyone who might can help better with seeing the swelling.
