hey Denise thanks ...........i make  your paste out of hydrogen peroxide and sodium chloride and brush last  four days.imagine my teeth is white this time. so every body make  a tooth pest at your home and try it.

I was planning on going to a dentist and ask how much for a whitening treatment but I'll go ahead and try your paste first LOL wont hurt to try and 4-5 bucks is way better than 100-200 bucks any time!
It's weird i've noticed my teeth are yellow and i dont smoke!!!!! ugh! i dont drink dark soda and coffee is hardly on my mind....eew! I need to do something about this because I'm feeling insecure when i smile!!!!!

i make a paste out of hydrogen peroxide and baking soda and brush my teeth daily with that and also my regular toothpaste added on top of the paste.....i also bought the 3D white toothpaste (think it's colgate or crest, cant remember and am not at home lol sorry) and ive used it for about 5 days now, and i can already tell a subtle difference..it's says 80% of surface stains removed in 14 days..only cost 4 bucks for a big tube so thats def worth a try before u spend 30ish on strips?? :)

OTC crest white strips are great.  They do work but they will take longer to whiten your teeth than the in office formula.
