my periodontist used bone gifting tooth #5 (which previous dentist broke off)
when removing the rest of tooth # 5
then bone grating again when doing scaling around tooth #5 then again before doing the implant could this affect other teeth and what happens if there is to much I checked with my current dentist and he said boy you have good bone and should not need bone grafting
