(Oral health) any thoughts on Oil pulling?
I've been having this urge to try Oil Pulling with virgin coconut oil.
I've read several articles and videos on YouTube about it. Most people who have done and are continuing oil pulling give good reviews.
I'm planning to switch to it soon, mostly because my toothpaste just cleans food off my teeth, doesn't really protect the enamal either like it says it would. ive switched toothpastes several times, all are basically the same.
Anyway what are your thoughts? Whom ever is reading this.
