yes!! it would be great if you got professional help. Being sad isn't something you should be okay with. I think you're definitively depressed, getting therapy would be great, you will feel happier and you should love yourself. There isn't true happiness without loving yourself first.. I do think I need some kind of therapy but it's hard for me to open up about the way I'm feeling. I haven't even opened up about this to my fiancé and it's really interfering with our relationship. Sometimes I can't even stand for him to hold me because I feel so depressed and want to be left alone. I'm worried about being put on medication because I've heard that sometimes it can worsen things. I woul like to know if meds actually help people...
Yes, for some people it can really help. i say its worth a shot.. definitely try it. maybe talk to your dr about anti depressants?
