It is good that you get restful sleep. You may "just" have anxiety. Most certainly are ruminating all the time. That is one of my early symptoms of mild to moderate depression.
Thanks guys for writing..

Hello,
I understand your feelings and the situation you are going through. For I know it even right now aswell. Havent slept well in many years. Dream sleep not even enjoyable. For me vigorous physical exercise is the best solution to removing or dispersing anger and rage that builds from time to time. Gets rid of the energy blocks which is whats causing the disturbances normally. Its tension in the mind that caused the problems. Try the exercise. Vigorous exercise can be done in a short space of time with repetition for e.g 15 mins even less. The hatha yoga postures can be very helpful maybe you can look into that. I've tried the ssri medications ( cypramil and effexor ) but didnt really feel they made me any better or calmer. I couldnt really say to be honest.
Anyway try to reach out for help. To a friend, relative. Maybe there is a counselling line you could call. Its good to speak to an impartial listener who wont judge you.
I wish you the best.

I agree with tschock, the feelings you are describing are some of the symptoms for depression and anxiety.
I suffer from co-morbid depression and anxiety and have been on and off anti-anxiety and anti-depressants for quite a few years now.
It is important that you do see a doctor, depending on where you are, you may be referred to a psychologist or counsellor, or alternatively, you may be placed on medication.
The most important thing though is that you seek support, tell a friend or family member and talk about what you are going through.
You are not alone in feeling these emotions and having these negative thoughts, please know that. Sometimes we are our own worst enemy.
It sounds as if you are suffering from both depression and anxiety.
Have you seen a doctor?
If not you should see one right away. There are many medications available to help you through this.
Don't be ashamed to tell your doctor what you are going through.
More and more, every day, millions of people are affected by this.
Don't be afraid to post more questions.
