Well, for starters, it's good that you've scheduled a doctor's appt, that's important.
The tiredness you feel could be a symptom of your depression, could be stress related (have anything big going on in your life?), it could be medication related, if you're taking anything, it could be medical, like anemia.
See what the doc says, and let us know.
You should consider having a sleep study. You could have sleep apnea. One of the symptoms is tiredness even though you are sleeping enough. All it takes is to use a CPAP machine while you sleep to take care of it.

thank you for your comments. I believe its definitely all three of these that were mentioned, Anemia(I'm always cold low iron), stress, and depression. I'm not on any medication though Maybe I should be. I used to write a journal everyday for my own account now I have to write in one for my compositon course but I am not keeping up on it. I'm just always so drained! My diet is very poor. I never eat breakfast and the rest of the day consits of junk food and soda. I kow the doctor is going to frown upon that. Excerise YEAH RIGHT! I know this all *****, but its the truth and the truth is the light right? I'm trying to further my education but I think I may have bit off more than I can chew right now? Also nOW i'M FORGETTING SIMPLE THINGS I turned on the oven to make my son waffles and totally forgot I tured it on until he reminded me it was almost warm,then I told him to remind I put the waffles in the broiler. You could try taking melatonin. My husband has to take this because of his medication. It helps you sleep more deeply, and get the right amount of sleep your body needs. You probably aren't sleeping deeply. You could also try hypnosis from hypnosisdownloads.com. These have saved my life.
