seeing spots and lines

My wife can see a hailow around everything she sees spots moving around she has pain in her eyes all the time. She went to the eye doctor he could not find any medical reason related to the eyes her field of vision was better then last year. Her MS doctor said it is not related to her MS. Could stress or depression cause this kind of reaction? Is there any treatment? her eyes are getting worse by the week. Her ears clog often not sure if this is related. she is taking a lot of medications for MS depression, heart,

Hi,
My dad went through something like this. And he went to 2 eye specialist.  There conclusion was "heart medication" He is on about 11 pills a day for heart. His did go away after 6 months. He said it come's back every now and then but for only a few day's and then it's gone.
