Hi, Yes I am always worse in the mornings. By the afternoon I feel much better. I have tried taking my anti-depressants at different times, but it has not made any difference.
I don't know the answer to this. Just the way depression is with some people I suppose.
Yes, I have also found that I am much better at night on most days recently. I think it has to do with when it gets dark out. I find it much more relaxing. I tend to act more like myself starting after dinner usually!
