You need to see a psychiatrist, not a GP.

See a physician to start, then he might refer you to psychiatrist. You have to do something about it, otherwise i wont go away

A lot of us have problems with this, but if you want help, you have to do it.  You would be talking to someone who understands what you're going through, and knows how to help you.  Someone who hears this every day, all day long.  You have to want to get better bad enough to seek help.  You can do this and should, you deserve to have a happy life.

I know what you mean but it does help. They prescribe medications if u have a chemical imbalance. Ive been on em and it's helped tremendously! Hope you feel better..

See a specialist so you can get some relief, either thru therapy and/or medications.
