Hi, Only a health professional can advise you on medication dosage. Everyone is different. Some of us find 10mg enough to help, others 50, 150 or more. Talk to the doctor at your review, and he will discuss your medication.

There is no standard optimal dose. The psychiatrist talks to you about how you are feeling and side effects and then makes a decision about whether to increase, decrease, or leave your meds the same. No one here can tell you how much to ask for.
