new to Zoloft

Hi,

I am new to MedHelp forums, and I have suffered from arrythmias for years. Now, what I would say is situational depression. I have also been really down about alot of things, the heart arrythmias being just one of them. My primary care doctor prescribed some 50mg strength once daily Zoloft, and wants to see me in another month. Anyone know if they get better results with this med taking it in the evening before bed, or in the morning? all of my arrythmias have been tested and appear benign.

I took Zoloft for years for depression, and was fine.  I always take my medication in the morning, but it is a personal choice.  You say, however, that you have now stopped the Zoloft.  Why is that?

Haven't taken AD meds for heart issues before myself, but I do have palpitations (PVC's) and the occasional "flutter". But I got put on beta blockers because of these and HBP.

However I was recently put on Fluoxetine (Prozac) for CDD, and they seem to have completely gone away.
