that's all very good as they can be quite intimidating events and one can be struck down with anxiety to the extreme. Good luck with this and remain positive for your continued recovery which may include stat services to some level for some period of time.
michelle here thank you for that i am having a meeting today with my mum my support agencies like my phycotherapist and ccs agency lots of peopole will be there i will writting down in min about what i am goiong to say
Have a more honest / assertive discussion with them possibly with some family/ personal support to help you to express your anxieties / concerns about the fact of your upcoming stressful event, so that you can explore together the very real possibility of relapse as the result of the experience and how you feel that you won't be able to cope. That or if that ship has sailed, re-refer yourself or speak to your GP in primary care as well as possible other mental health advocacy groups. Just my thoughts
?? I get tired of health professionals playing games with our health and our lives.
Isn't the nurse listening to you? I get so frustrated with how stupid they are sometimes.
I think what you need is more support, not less.
Talk to a psych emergency team.
Doctors at medhelp have said that some doctors won't help unless it becomes too costly for them not too.
I'm in the process of making a complaint to the health and disability commissioner about my treatment or lack thereof. Our health care system is appalling in some situations.
I got treated for breast cancer immediately. Nothing from the mhs.
michelle here thank you at the moment ive had major anziety not sleeping right i only got 3 hours sleep last night my hearts been racing im not feeling mentally well i cant even think straight my nurse said thats shes stepping back a bit but ive still got her i had to ring crisis line this morning and tell them i tired of living and a lot is happening
It doesn't sound as though you should be discharged. I would speak to someone on your treatment team or ask your doctor to re-refer you. I'm from the NI, NZ too. Most likely the service is stressed and want you off thier books.
Discharging you when you're feeling extremely stressed doesn't sound right. I mean, it sounds like something the mhs would do but it doesn't sound like something that should be happening.
I would talk to someone about it. Get the support you need for now and put stuff in place for later. I hope they're receptive.
This isn't about everyone's distress but about yours. It's about how you feel. You know how you feel and if that's distressed then you need support. Sounds like termination may have been too quick for you and you weren't ready to go it alone.
