Allergy symptoms need help

Last December allergy started after my nap(3-5pm). Itching like crazy all over my head. Then spread thru neck, back, face, ear vth redness and small bumps. Itching stopped in head but It was spreading through all over my body. Literally every inch of my body throughout night. Hell of itching then redness rash bumps. And burning sensation and big swelling starts wherever itching stopped.Ears, eyes, palms, cheeks, chest swelling everywhere. It slowly reduces by 3 to 4 days vth less itching sensation here and thr. Immediately We did steam vacuum. After 2 months break it again started in March as usual after my nap same story. This time more than a week it hits certain area especially face again and again less aggressive as I took common allergy meds. I started cleaning house every week still no use. April same allergy. Went to Doctor 3 times they doubt it might due to fog allergy. Every time the food is different so I couldn't figure the cause. It came during winter and now spring time.. Changed soap shampoo & all items I doubted. Still it comes. One thing I'm sure is it starts in the evening only. And developing thru entire night or next day. Please help me to find the cause or solution.. TIA
