Bad Bacterial Infection

Yes, if you take a look at my past questions they were both about whether or not I had an STD or Infection in my pubic area because I cut my testicles when I was shaving about 6 or so weeks ago and my brother has Herpes Type 2(Turns out he says he has never used them). Well I laid it off as a bacterial infection, because everyone told me if he had used them or not, I could not get the disease that way. I have never had sex, so it can not be an STD then, and I have never had these symptoms before. The symptoms seemed to have eased up since I first had the infection, but they have not gone away, even with 2 whole weeks of 2 a day Clindamycin. It has been about 2-2.5 weeks since I have taken the pills. They were prescribed by my doctor, who ruled it out as a bacterial infection, without even examining. I know a little about bacterial infections, but I did not know they lasted this long.

My symptoms include; [Penis Foreskin(Uncircumcised) irritation when my pee is more yellow and none or hardly none when it is clear or when I am hydrated I guess.] [Light Pubic Soreness] [Scrotom and Inner Thigh Uncomfortable and Sometimes A Little Itchy] [Penis Used To Throb A Little(Kind of like a heartbeat) After I Ejaculate].

I just want some relief, if you need anymore info; please feel free to ask.

So you think it is Fungal? Is their any possibility that it could be an STD, or is that impossible?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be due to a fungal infection and the small bumps can be due to folliculitis skin. It does not sound like herpes. Keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Also I was, but it doesn't seem like they are coming back, but I was getting a lot of little white bumps that look like pimples between my inner thigh and groin area. They were very small, almost unnoticeable if you did not look close enough, but their was a lot of them when they did show up down there.
