Blisters at fingers and hand

I really do not know what happened in my wife's fingers and hands, suddenly last saturday she got little blisters at her left hand fingers an hands, the right hand developed the same but in minor qtys, and a liitle ones at her finger foot.she went to a non dermatology  doctor and he said that can be an allergy problem. There was no other sympotms, in our city we reached almost 38 celciuos last weekend and she is under very deep strees because personal family problems with her mother. Blisters are at fingers side and had water inside, some of them already gone but left some crusts and are swollen, she never got itch or pain. Can this be an allergy problem or other more serious problem? please let us know

Thanks for your recomendation, she is feeling better after 1 week, blister compleatly gone, doctor said will take like a month to get back to normal. But in the other hand this can be a chronic problem is she does not eliminate the root cause of the problem which is stress.

Thank you again

Hello,
For such blisters on hands, she can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. She can take some OTC oral antihistamine medications like Benadryl or Claritin and see if it helps.

For mild-moderate symptoms a weak steroid may be used whilst more severe cases require a higher-potency steroid. But they are available under prescription and should be taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
