Bumps after rough sex

After a long session of fooling around a dry humping, I ended up having unprotected sex with a girl.  When we were finished I had a small raw spot on the base of my penis in at the hairline.  I noticed a day or so later that there were 3 small bumps that looked like the hair folicles swollen and raw. One looked like it had a clear fluid in it as well.  They dont really hurt but are un-comfortable.  They scabed over in a day or so as well. All indications seem like this is not herpes as I have no other symptoms to show.  Any input will be greatly appreciated.

The bumps actually healed and went away after about three days.  Don't you think that is too early for herpes?  Also thanks for your response.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
These bumps can be due to rash due to friction rub, folliculitis, cysts or herpes sores.
Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lumps persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
