Bumpy cracked skin on penis head

Hi so I'm circumcised and I have this weird bumpy kind of cracked skin on the head of my penis. Mostly around the edge of cliff I guess you could call it. It's somewhat painful when I rub the bumps. It almost completely covers the smooth skin underneath it. And it is skin, the bumps, same coloring and everything. It doesn't look right. And I'm still pretty young I didn't want to freak out my girlfriend, making her think that I have some kind of contagious disease that she'll get if she has sex with me. It's almost completely on the front. Once you get to the back or the top of the head there's no bumps. Except these white bead like stones. Just under the skin on the back of the head. And they don't hurt.
