Burn/Rash/welt

I noticed just on the inside of my butt Cheeks from the top of my Crack to the the anal but not on it, just near the edge of my cheeks that i have a red rash and it burns really bad. I had a baby 7 weeks ago and have been wearing pads like every day since. Could this be a cause. It does not itch. It just burns and is really red.I have 2 small spots that look like they are turning into welts. It hurts to touch it.  Any Idea what this could be from or if its from the pads?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be due to intertrigo. First of all, keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove.Avoid any kind of cosmetics.Topical zinc oxide cream like Sudocrem, Desitin are very helpful(apply with a paper towel and not directly with hands).Application of mild steroid cream like dermacort also helps.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

It is probably from moisture and could be yeast.  Try drying carefully and using an antifungal cream.  Use sensitive skin baby wipes to help keep it clean.
