Can a skin tag look like caulieflauer

I know I probably spelled the vegetable wrong LOL... But seriously... Is this possible? Please tell me it is. Because I have this growth... in fact there are 3 of them one large (1/2 inch or less) and one slightly smaller, and the other very tiny. Never came around until I shaved my pubic area, which are where these are at. I've been looking up genital warts, which they say look like the vegetable... and I researched skin tags, which also look like the vegetable...

So is it possible for the skin tag to look as such?
If its a wart, wouldn't the skin around it be raised, ESPECIALLY if I had the one particular growth for nearly 2 years if not more?
Again if warts, wouldn't it spread, and spread rapidly? And why is it not on any other parts of my genitle area?

It doesn't have a stalk that I can see, but it looks as if it has grown up and out, like a flower would. I can lift it up, and look under it and around it, but only to a certain extent. Its smooth, doesn't hurt, or ich,,,  and when I mess with it (Gross I know) I can kinda pull it a part like skin, and manipulate it, as if it was like one of those ruber balls that when you squeeze, your hand can go through it to a certain extent. I really must know, so I can prepare myself for the worst...

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the physical appearance it is very difficult to say whether it is a wart or a skin tag because without investigations and biopsy report, it cannot be predicted whether it is wart or skin tag. I suggest you to consult a dermatologist and get a skin biopsy done to confirm the diagnosis.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
