Can cherry angiomas be medium brown in colour?

Last year, i started noticing multiple small, brownish, smooth surfaced and round bumps. They look like cherry angiomas more than anything else except for the colour. It's not reddish. I have read they are linked to excessive bromide in the body. I was on fluoxetine for 2 years before noticing these bumps.

I'd really recommend getting those spots checked out- it's hard to say for sure what they are without a medical professional taking a look at them in person and gathering more of your medical history.  Anytime you have random spots that just show up though- it's a good idea to get them looked at.
