Can i have eczema and dandruff both?

I have had a long history with skin issues. I am 22 right now, when i was 15, i had very oily skin. Then i had a period of acne, dry skin and dandruff. Right now, i have these red patches around nose, around my hairline and my collarbone. The ones at my hairline and collarbone are itchy. and Sometimes i feel itching sensation on random parts of body but no rashes. I also have dandruff, it's been 7/8 years with it, I use zinc pyrothine shampoo but it's temporary solution. My hair have been thinning, only recently it had me worrying when i saw bald patches around my hairline. I have few other symptoms like dry mouth, i feel thirsty all the time even thought i drink alot. Idk if they may be co-related. What i wanna ask is if I have eczema and given above symptoms how do i treat them?

You could have eczema- but it sounds like you have a few things going on.  The excessive thirst you are experiencing can be signs of a more serious issue- I'd highly recommend getting to the doctor to get a more precise diagnosis and go from there.
