Cellulitis or Allergic Reaction?

My 6 year old suddenly developed a red swollen patch just under her eye and on her upper cheek. She says it's not painful, itchy occasionally. It does feel warm to the touch. Ice pack helped a bit and some benadryl a bit too. But it does not appear to be leaving. No fever or pain and no lethargy. I see no insect bite but there was a tiny whitehead there. Unsure if its tender, she says it does not hurt if touched or pressed. It did get bigger from yesterday to today, meaning spread. Ice pack and one dose so far of children's benadryl.
Any ideas? Thinking of heading to the immediate clinic
