Cluster of bumps on leg - does anyone know what I have?

I noticed a collection of red itchy bumps on my leg and assumed they were bug bites. A day later they had become white and appear wart-like or filled with puss / hard to the touch. I had the same cluster on my opposite leg a couple months ago and it went away naturally. The clinic told me it was just infected bug bites. With the returning symptoms, I believe it is something more serious. My research led me to moluscus continginutis, however my bumps are not clear. Does anyone have any insight on what it could be?

It doesn't seem like it would be bug bites if it's reoccurring like that, unless it's something like bed bugs- where they would be bitting regularly until they are gotten rid of.

I'd follow up with the doctor and let them know you have them again.
