Desperate scalp problem

I have had severe itching on my head for months.My med Dr ans derm says I don't have lice.but I do have black pieces and white things fall from m y hair constantly.I've tried everything the drugstore has and meds from the derm for yeast infection.but my husband has it to.I think he caught it on a job and gave it to me.these pieces fall on my clothes,counters and poor. I am desperate.I've had hair fall out to.any help would be appreciated.

This may be similar to when dogs have mange.  Try shampoos like Nizoral, Denorex, or Head and Shoulders.  Also look up blogs by Morgellons sufferers, they may be able to help you.   Not "skeptic blogs".

I would try using some form of lice treatment for a month just to see if that helps.

It could also just be winter skin making you itchy. The black pieces could be dirt,dust, sand, or even hair follicles.
The white could be dandruff or sand.
