Could trying a new lipstick cause bumps on lips

I recently bought a new lipstick and when I went to go wipe it off I noticed bumps had appeared. The bumps only appeared on my top lip. The lipstick was sealed tight with the seal and tap over it. I’m just so concerned that it might be something serious or worse, that it won’t go away.

There maybe something in the lipstick that your body is reacting to.  For a more  definite answer, you will need to let a doctor take a look at it- but it does sound like an allergic reaction of some type.
